I don't know how hard it is to deliver a package to an address that's CLEARLY printed on the box, but I am now missing my contact lenses because some people don't know how to do their job correctly. This is ridiculous!
For some reason our packages that won't fit in our mailbox will not get delivered to our house. Instead of driving up the driveway to leave the package , no attempt will be made and the package is just put in a parcel locker which is very inconvenient. When I put my home address on a package to be delivered that's where I want it to be delivered.
